Facilities and Maintenance Technicians II (Lun-Vie 3:30pm a 10:00pm y Sab 6:00am a 3:36pm)

Our Facilities and Maintenance Technicians II are responsible for the technical preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and production equipment and their respective systems.

Main Job Duties/Responsibilities 

• Follow all company policies, SOPs, and GMPs.
• Execute activities following EHS procedures and programs.
• Act as safety role model with zero tolerance for the following situations: safety violations, yell at coworkers, speak with offensive words and jokes or abuses of trust against anyone.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for facility and production as required.
• Participate in special projects indicated by the Supervisor, Leader or Maintenance/Facilities Engineer.
• Paint buildings/cleanroom infrastructure or specific equipment.
• Cleaning and sanitation process in equipment, tools or systems.
• Intermediate troubleshooting, general repair and projects support.
• Contractors escort if is necessary.
• Perform the corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, based on the specific procedures trained following the quality standards of the company (Training Matrix) and assure proper documentation using the Maintenance Management System in place (BMRAM),
• Notify to his or her supervisor, leader or Engineer if any abnormal situation is find during the execution for the maintenance and corrective activities.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor or Facilities/Maintenance Engineer in the execution of special labors assigned by them.
• General knowledge in problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Participate in NPI process to support the technical equipment installation and maintenance.
• Participate in OPEX projects to achieve continuous improvement and/or cost savings.
• The person has to take care of the tooling and instruments assigned
• The Technician should follow all the procedures properly and all the forms or records required.

Knowledge / Education

• Electromechanical, Electric, Electronic, Mechanical or Refrigeration Technician of vocational school, INA or other recognized institute.  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Management tools and measuring equipment.
• Intermediate English, at least B1, able to read and understand guidelines and processes.
• Experience working in manufacturing industries in related roles.
• Solid Works or Cad software is a plus

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years of worked experience demonstrated in Manufacturing or Facilities equipment.
• Knowledge and intermediate experience in electrical, electronic, HVAC, hydraulic and pneumatic.
• Operational experience in applied electricity, electrode and TIG welding and industrial systems maintenance is a plus.
