VP Sales - SafePoint Franchise Development
Job Overview: The ideal candidate must have knowledge of the franchisor buying process with the ability to enable Treasury Management Sales and Product teams to sell cash automation solutions. The VP must combine sales skills and experience to provide advice and support on a range of cash automation products for this fast-growing source of business opportunities. The VP of Sales, Business Development - Franchise & Treasury Consultant is the person who proactively calls on and develops Loomis Retail programs with Franchisors and banks which in turn can be offered to their respective franchisee and Treasury Management sales community. This position will be focused on identifying Franchisor opportunities, empowering bank Treasury Management teams to sell Retail Business Solutions, presenting the SafePoint program, developing the solution(s), negotiating the agreement, and driving adoption by building awareness to the internal Loomis sales teams as well as the Franchisors and Treasury Sales network.
Accountabilities:
- Lead technical presentations and demonstrations to clients on how Loomis Retail Solutions meets their needs, goals, and objectives.
- Ability to self-generate opportunities through cold calling, research, social media, email, etc.
- Perform in-depth cost-benefit analysis calculations and presentations
- Travel as needed with Sales and Strategic teams to support presentation and trade show activities
- Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application of Loomis Retail Solutions
- Maintain a current understanding of market, industry, and competitor intelligence, events, and trends related to cash management and automation.
- Provide periodic updates and training to Loomis sales teams on current market and industry trends impacting the franchisor/franchisee and treasury product and sales community
- As needed, assist with the planning and implementation of new Loomis Retail programs with Franchisors and banks
- Obtain working level competency to internal systems such as Salesforce, SafeOps, Loomis Direct, and internal procedures related to pricing, ordering, adding, modifying, or removing SafePoint units.
- Perform administrative tasks such as cash analysis, labor optimization analysis, and value quantification
- Attend and Participate in ongoing sales training
- Lead or co-lead agreement negotiations
- Provide sales business updates to executive leadership as needed
- Be accountable to a sales quota
Qualification:
- College Degree preferred
- Travel up to 50%
- Consultative sales and sales negotiation skills and training
- 10+ years of industry, product, and sales experience related to financial services, treasury management, cash management, or building solution-focused programs for Franchisors or banks
- Experience in creating and demonstrating cost-benefit analysis
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-directed, highly energetic, professional, and flexible
- Must be a team player with a collaborative style and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Must have a positive attitude and work well with others
