Inside Sales Rep - Kingman, AZ

Job Overview:  As a member of the Inside Sales Team, the Representative is primarily responsible for four key functions; inbound sales calls, ensuring proper match of the products customers are buying, building sound customer relationships, and follow-ups. If you have a drive and passion for sales, we have an opportunity for you! 

Location/Hours: This position works onsite at our Kingman, AZ facility.  However, training will take place at our Jasper, IN facility for 4-6 weeks from 8:30AM-5:15PM Eastern/6:30AM-3:15PM MST Monday thru Friday. We  provide housing while you are here.  *After training, you will work at the Kingman, AZ facility and start in a shift from 10:15AM-7:00PM Eastern/8:15AM-5:00PM MST, Monday thru Friday.  You will also be assigned periodic Saturday shifts from 8:00AM-12:00PM Eastern/6:00-10:00AM MST.

What you’ll do: 

• Build & maintain relationships with customers
• Maintain proper business etiquette
• Take inbound sales calls
• Proper match of products to customers needs and provide accurate verbal quotes
• Follow-up’s
• Match products to customer needs

What it takes:

• Sales experience
• Driven and capable to operate in a high-energy, fast-pace environment
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required
• Specialization in car restoration and performance products preferred but not required
• Ability to learn and utilize computer programs
• Bilingual is a plus!
