Inside Sales Rep - Peachtree City, GA

Job Overview:  As a member of the Inside Sales Team, the Representative is primarily responsible for four key functions; inbound sales calls, ensuring proper match of the products customers are buying, building sound customer relationships, and follow-ups. Location/Hours: This position is onsite at our Jasper, Indiana or Peachtree City, GA facility.  Training will be at our Jasper facility for 4-6 weeks from 8:30AM to 5:15PM Eastern.  After training, you will start in a shift from 9:15AM-6:00PM Eastern, Monday-Friday.  You will also be assigned periodic Saturday shifts from 8:00AM-12:00PM Eastern and one late shift day per week, 10:30AM-7:15PM or 11:15AM-8:00PM Eastern.

What you’ll do: 

• Build & maintain relationships with customers
• Maintain proper business etiquette
• Inbound sales calls
• Proper match of products to customers needs and provide accurate verbal quotes
• Follow-up’s
• Diagnose or troubleshoot customer concerns

What it takes:

• Sales experience
• Driven and capable to operate in a high-energy, fast-pace environment
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required
• Specialization in car restoration and performance products preferred but not required
• Ability to learn and utilize computer programs
