TITLE: Product Marketing Specialist

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  Product Marketing Specialist is a vital, strategic function within Inteplast with the key goals of bringing products to market, promoting, and selling them to customers and prospects. This is an Assistant position supporting the Senior Product Manager on daily activities with  multiple tasks. The product marketing specialist will assist with crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new product introductions; involved with various related functions, and the execution of marketing activities that support and educate our Sales Team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or Business/Management
• This position requires writing, communication, and presentation skills combined with project & people management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / AS400/ Power Point / Zoom / Microsoft Teams
• Strong problem solving skills, ability to think creatively to resolve issues when appropriate
• High attention to detail and accuracy. Organized and capable of multi-tasking and display excellent follow-up skills
• Pro-active approach to responsibilities with a high level of urgency
• Positive attitude and able to contribute in a team environment
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides market intelligence by researching our product categories within our industries
• Works closely with the Product Manager and assists in coordinating, developing, and planning business operations and marketing strategies
• Create, develop, and maintain various reporting tools to support marketing/sales team
• Perform data analysis to evaluate and track sales performances, to assist the team in meeting our targets
• Generate monthly reports to prepare business meetings
• Conducting live sales training sessions and/or webinars
• Handle special projects assigned by the business unit
