TITLE: Press Operator C

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Print/Operate in a safe and efficient manner so as to be productive, while maintaining high quality product with strict deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Mechanical Aptitude

• Available to train on different machinery and sets of lines within the department
• Must be able to discern between various color shades
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary

• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work from prescribed production goals and standards, schedules, manuals, detailed specifications, consultations with bag department, shift leadership, maintenance, purchasing and others.
• Properly lace-up the equipment they have been assigned to.
• Understanding of P.H. and viscosity.
• Perform all daily task of data entry in the IBS Production System.

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:

• Subject to extreme heat, temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour
• Subject to loud noises
• Hazards, such as moving machinery, electrical currents, debris, chemicals, gases

TRAINING:

• Safety in the Workplace Rules and Regulations.
• cGMP's and SOP's.

• Stooping/Bending
• Kneeling
• Reaching
• Standing for long periods of time
• Grasping
• Getting on/off forklift
