Sales Coordinator

Position Summary:  

Sales Coordinators (internally known as Recruiting Coordinators) are the first point of contact for our student-athletes and their families, introducing them to the recruiting process and identifying those committed to playing at the next level. In this full-time, entry-level sales position, you will make high-volume outbound calls to educate families on our services and schedule appointments with senior sales specialists. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a competitive mindset and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Make 75-100+ lead-generated dials daily from 8:30 am - 6 pm (your local time)
  • Participate in sales team meetings and conduct client follow ups via video
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track interactions and manage outreach effectively
  • Meet and/or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals that impact your earnings
  • Schedule appointments with senior sales to further evaluate needs

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Six months of professional work or internship experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Flexibility to work some nights/weekends
  • Basic understanding of sports and college recruiting landscape

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Minimum of six months of sales experience, particularly in a high call volume sales environment
  • Prior experience in sports, either as a collegiate athlete or coach.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightening
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
