Position Summary:
Sales Coordinators (internally known as Recruiting Coordinators) are the first point of contact for our student-athletes and their families, introducing them to the recruiting process and identifying those committed to playing at the next level. In this full-time, entry-level sales position, you will make high-volume outbound calls to educate families on our services and schedule appointments with senior sales specialists. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a competitive mindset and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
Position Responsibilities:
- Make 75-100+ lead-generated dials daily from 8:30 am - 6 pm (your local time)
- Participate in sales team meetings and conduct client follow ups via video
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to track interactions and manage outreach effectively
- Meet and/or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals that impact your earnings
- Schedule appointments with senior sales to further evaluate needs
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Six months of professional work or internship experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Flexibility to work some nights/weekends
- Basic understanding of sports and college recruiting landscape
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum of six months of sales experience, particularly in a high call volume sales environment
- Prior experience in sports, either as a collegiate athlete or coach.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightening
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
