Product Operations Internship
The Research & Insights Intern will help ensure the voice of the customer is consistently heard across IMG Academy by supporting the formal listening program. They will aggregate customer insights and trends, uncover key findings, and assist in creating data-driven, persuasive reports. This intern will be a part of the Product Operations team and also support other experience related initiatives as needed.
Position Responsibilities
· Support the Research & Insights Strategist team in research, development and implementation of CX Listening Program initiatives including Summer camp surveys, focus groups and ad-hoc research request projects.
· Assist in producing compelling presentations (both visually and with relevant content) to tell the story of survey results, while customizing them to different levels of staff within the organization, from the Senior Executive team to front-line staff.
· Keep up to date the listening program’s platform, surveys and reports to ensure that staff are provided the resources they need to engage with the listening program and help create culture change.
· Provide daily operational support as needed to the Product Operations including but not limited to service recovery efforts and volunteering for events.
· Other responsibilities and projects as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative research and trends as a means to develop insights for others.
· Strong PowerPoint / Canva and Excel skills.
· Proficient with survey tools and third-party analytics platforms (Qualtrics, Tableau, etc…) a bonus.
· Inherent curiosity for understanding the why behind a data set.
· Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects at the same time.
· Ability to present information and decks in clear and concise manner.
· Strong attention to detail, written and oral communications skills.
· Experience with utilizing the net promoter scoring system is a plus.
