Sales Intern
The Sales Intern will assist with providing sales support through research and coordination across Boarding School, Camp, Global Sales, and Customer Support divisions.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support Director of Sales in research, development and implementation of new sales initiatives and processes
- Educate customers about IMG Academy's interconnected suite of products as well as the features and benefits of camp and boarding school programs
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of IMG Academy campus and provide campus tours
- Assist sales team in day-to-day monitoring, measuring and optimization of sales reporting & data analytics
- Maintain setup/break-down of event kiosk
- Attend regular sales department weekly team meetings and supporting peers
- Maintain close relationship with related departments on campus to ensure proper client transition from sale to participation
- Assist the Boarding School Enrollment Services team with processing Tuition Enrollment Agreements, including processing new enrollments and/or any adjustments to current enrollments
- Guide families through the enrollment process, offering clear explanations of the enrollment process
- Coordinate communication with families, including reminders for incomplete enrollments
- Assist Boarding School On-Boarding team with collecting, reviewing, and verifying required health and registration forms
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Marketing, Sports Marketing, Sports Management or related business majors preferred
- General knowledge of sports and athletics
- Experience with MS Office
- Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
