A Day in the Life

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will serve as the primary HR contact for leaders and team members, providing support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will coordinate HR initiatives, offer guidance on employee relations, and help drive engagement, retention, and workplace culture. Your role ensures HR strategies align with organizational goals while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

How This Position Contributes to Our Mission

Your work as an HRBP will be key in enhancing employee experience, supporting leadership, and ensuring compliance with HR best practices. Additional job duties include:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for leaders and team members on HR-related matters, including onboarding, employee relations, and engagement.
  • Provide coaching and support to leadership on HR policies, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Conduct investigations as needed to ensure team member safety, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Drive initiatives to improve workplace morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Support HRIS functions, including processing team member changes in Dayforce and other systems.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of progressive human resources experience, with expertise in employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
  • Experience using HRIS systems (e.g., Ceridian Dayforce) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
