Residential Assistant Manager - 3rd Shift

Position: Residential Assistant Manager - 3rd Shift

Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM - 5 days / week, some variance to schedule should be expected

A Day in the Life:

You will play a crucial role in overseeing the Youth Support Specialists and ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents during nighttime hours. You will provide guidance, support and leadership to the team to maintain a structured and therapeutic living environment.

Residential Assistant Manager Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, healthcare administration, psychology) preferred. Experience considered in lieu of education requirements.
• Experience working in a residential mental health facility or similar setting strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
