Position: Benefits and Leave Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and administer benefits and leave programs.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations (FMLA, ERISA, HIPAA, etc.).
• Develop materials to enhance employee understanding and engagement.
• Oversee annual open enrollment and ensure accurate benefits deductions.
• Serve as primary contact for long-term absences and ADA accommodations.
• Analyze and report on claims experience to manage budget risks.
• Act as an escalation resource for employee benefits inquiries.
   

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of HR experience; 3+ years in benefits and leave management preferred.
• Professional HR credentials (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with HRIS systems like Ceridian Dayforce preferred.
