Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Analyze and monitor architectural and engineering drawings
  • Review and process the project costs including outsourcing services and general contractors
  • Organize refrigerator and equipment placement schedule review
  • Review and updates CAD drawing and millwork detail drawing
  • Visit jobsites to assist gathering data needed to complete designs
  • Determine the types of materials needed and calculates the quantity to be ordered
  • Monitor and review new store permit set
  • Monitor and review the progress of elevation and finish schedule

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Extensive knowledge of architectural drafting tools such as CAD and Revit software experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Korean language preferred
