Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Analyze and monitor architectural and engineering drawings
- Review and process the project costs including outsourcing services and general contractors
- Organize refrigerator and equipment placement schedule review
- Review and updates CAD drawing and millwork detail drawing
- Visit jobsites to assist gathering data needed to complete designs
- Determine the types of materials needed and calculates the quantity to be ordered
- Monitor and review new store permit set
- Monitor and review the progress of elevation and finish schedule
Qualifications/Skills:
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Extensive knowledge of architectural drafting tools such as CAD and Revit software experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Korean language preferred
