Hourly Pay is $21 - $23 based on experience

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and send invoices to customers.
• Accurately process customer payments.
• Investigate and resolve irregularities in incoming payments.
• Maintain a relationship with customers to ensure accounts are current.
• Reconcile bank reports with cash accounts.
• Process and ensure proper accounting of returned casting and coordinate with plant Quality Assurance.
• Work collaboratively with accounting staff and other departments to ensure accuracy in finances.
• Consistently performing all day-to-day financial transactions including reliably and accurately verifying, sorting, calculating, posting and recording the department’s data.
• Organized, detail-oriented with strong communications skills.
• Prepare other statistical reports and job duties as needed.
• Personal attendance record should remain in compliance with company.

What We Need From You:

• Associates degree in accounting or related field.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.
• Ability to multitask in fast paced, time sensitive environment.
• Strong communication skills and effective communication with all levels of the organization.
• Highly detail oriented and organized.
