Position Summary
The Account Coordinator initiates, coordinates and follows customer orders and related manufacturing and shipping details ensuring quality products are received by the customers as purchased. To perform all aspects of the Account Coordinator functions in accordance with GNC service, quality, accuracy and efficiency standards. Provide the critical link between customer, account manager, and production. Clearly understands how orders flow through GNC-Racine, follows procedures and consistently performs the daily operations this position requires.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales, design, technical services, production, shipping, quality and accounting.
- Estimate multi component projects using industry specific software incorporating corrugated and non-corrugated materials and outside services.
- Enters all order specification information into the computer including customer, product, boards, dies, inks, design, pricing, bundling, and ship dates.
- Calculate and verify product pricing.
- Prioritize and adjust order schedules to satisfy customer needs and maximize company efficiency.
- Bring together all necessary order entry specifications and details so the order can be manufactured and delivered per the customer’s request.
Salary
Salary will be dependent upon experience.
Requirements
- Two or four year degree preferred, or 2 years of industry experience.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and interest, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
Overtime as necessary.
