Great Northern – Chippewa Falls is seeking a Production Scheduler/ Supervisor to join our team! Are you ready to make a difference?

Our Production Scheduler/Supervisor Schedule:

· Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Daily schedule can be flexible.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating production schedules, ensuring that materials and resources are available to meet demand while optimizing efficiency. This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain management and production planning principles, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Expectations:

· Education:  Requires a bachelor's degree  

· Experience: 5 years experience in the corrugated industry, with converting background and some leadership responsibility; ability to operate computer; ability to perform mathematical calculations involving adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions, decimals and percentages; ability to follow written, verbal or diagrammatic instructions; excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills;; ability to delegate responsibility when appropriate; ability to: plan, production planning/scheduling, prioritize and organize work effectively; work effectively under pressure and time deadlines; analyze problems (not just symptoms), propose reasonable solutions, make logical decisions, carry out decisions made and follow up with feedback where appropriate. .

· Requires Skills In: Excellent and professional interpersonal and verbal communication skills; Planning, prioritizing and organizing work effectively; Work under pressure and deadlines while maintaining accuracy; Professionalism, and integrity.
