Position Summary
Responsible for professionally coordinating production recruiting from start to finish. Maintain a Team First mentality; building team member relations and engagement. Develop relationships to improve recruiting and retention effectiveness and perform a variety of human resource administrative functions. Demonstrate effective customer service-oriented performance by efficiently and professionally performing the duties of the position in strict adherence with the Company’s Vision Statement and Core Values.
Schedule
- Business Hours are Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm (flexibility to accommodate candidates schedules is required)

A bachelor’s degree in human resources management or two years of related experience is preferred
