Great Northern Corporation is seeking a Structural Designer to join our growing Structural Design team in Swedesboro, New Jersey! Are you ready to make a difference?

Our Structural Designers are Responsible For:
- Providing development of package and display design concepts based on customer requirements, manufacturing capabilities, and material constraints to assigned accounts, markets and/or projects.

- Fabricating final samples of design concepts for approval and write specifications for cost estimates and Production. 

- Act as a resource to sales and other internal teams to enhance the ability of the company to present the concepts to the market.

Our Ideal Structural Designer Will Possess:
- College degree in packaging or equivalent work experience.

- A minimum of five years work experience in the packaging or display industry. POP display experience is preferred.

- Demonstrated performance, self-motivation and confidence to assume greater responsibility and work output to achieve results.

- A track record of creative, functional, manufacturable packaging and display concepts and projects.

- Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, influence and implement change.

- Strong creative sense, ability to navigate in 3D dimensions/understanding of spatial relations.

- A commitment to ethical business standards and personal integrity.

- Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both oral and written format. 

- Approachable and supportive when working with others.
