What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook menu items using sauté, grill, fryer, and other techniques
• Ensure food preparation meets high standards for quality and presentation
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
• Assist with kitchen prep, cleanup, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace
• Support a positive and professional team environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in line/batch cooking
• Strong knife skills and proficiency with sauté, grill, and fryer techniques
• Ability to handle the demands of a busy kitchen with professionalism and composure
• Culinary degree preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
