Development Center Attendant

Duran Golf is hiring a Part Time Development Center Attendant to maintain the appearance and operation of our driving range, short course, and practice grounds. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional experience for golfers by ensuring our facilities remain clean, organized, and operational.

Working hours will be Fridays and Saturdays from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with occasional Sundays from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Operate the range picker to collect balls, both with mobile equipment and manually
• Clean and maintain range balls, restocking dispensers, barrels, and den caddies as needed
• Monitor activity on the driving range and Par 3 course to ensure smooth operations
• Collect range baskets, organize furniture, and set up or break down the range according to schedule
• Maintain the cleanliness of the range tee, surrounding areas, Par 3 course, building, and parking lot
• Clean the range picker and report any mechanical or structural issues to the supervisor
• Provide assistance with other operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to lift up to 80lbs and perform tasks involving stooping, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Golf knowledge or prior experience in a golf-related role is preferred
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately
