Circa - Valet - Booth Attendant
JOB SUMMARY:
The Valet Booth Attendant must be familiar with all hotel services/features and Downtown Las Vegas attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times.
- Provide customer service support for inbound calls and book reservations.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all Las Vegas Casinos pick-up and drop-off locations as well as, McCarran International Airport and private airports.
- Receive inbound telephone calls from customers, VIP services, casino hosts, and reservations.
- Radio dispatch accurate information to drivers.
- Assign drivers to vehicles.
- Answer all incoming calls and inquiries from hotel guests, casino hosts, and limousine drivers.
QUAILIFICATIONS:
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal forms.
- Must be able to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work effectively with associates, guests, and management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to process information through a computer system.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills, comfortable with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with basic GPS software.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.
- Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of sitting.
- Must be able to work indoors/outdoors and be exposed to various environmental factors.
- Work is typically in an area which may be noisy and may contain secondhand smoke.
