Position Overview:
The Account Management Intern will assist the Account Management team in various activities related to client relationships, project management, and strategic planning. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in client service, sales support, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Assist in managing day-to-day client interactions, including responding to inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Account Administration: Support the administration of client accounts, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and tracking project milestones.
- Project Coordination: Help coordinate and track progress on client projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
- Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing client data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Proposal and Presentation Support: Contribute to the development of client proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to support account growth and retention.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to provide insights and recommendations for account strategies.
- Client Meetings: Participate in client meetings and calls, taking notes, tracking action items, and following up as needed.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with lead generation, account planning, and the preparation of sales documentation.
- Feedback Collection: Help gather and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and identify potential areas for expansion.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Analytical Abilities: Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and support.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address client issues and provide solutions.
