Summary:
We are looking for a Full-Time experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the technical and operational aspects of our CX Video Hub product. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless delivery of live and archived sports content to our league partners, maintaining high-quality production standards, and managing the CXVH team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in broadcast operations, particularly within the sports industry, and a strong understanding of live event production.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of live and archived CXVH operations, including pre-production, live production, and post-production processes.
- Oversee the technical setup for CXVH including camera placement, system connectivity, and transmission equipment.
- Work closely with the Cosm and event staff to ensure smooth execution of live and archived CXVH delivery.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues during CXVH events to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including rights and copyright laws.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners.
- Manage budgets for CXVH operations, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Train and supervise Cosm CXVH team members, including Regional CXVH managers, technical personnel, and on-site venue tech operators.
- Implement and coordinate CXVH schedules with Cosm/C360 League Event Coordinator, ensuring all events are covered as planned.
- Evaluate broadcast quality and performance, making recommendations for improvements.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Engineering, Media Production, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in broadcast operations, with a focus on live sports production.
- Strong technical knowledge, including video, audio, and streaming technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple broadcasts simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with high-profile sports broadcasts or major sports networks.
- Familiarity with emerging broadcast technologies, including 4K/8K broadcasting and VR/AR integration.
- Knowledge of sports production software and tools.
- Certification in broadcast engineering (e.g., SBE Certified Broadcast Network Technologist).

- Location: Cranberry PA
- Work Hours: Varies based on broadcast schedules, including evenings and weekends.
