The Corporate Recruiter for the Sales division will focus exclusively on identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talent for our organization. This role works closely with sales leaders to understand their hiring needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies and build a strong pipeline of high-performing sales professionals. This role will be responsible for managing the entire sales hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and negotiating offers. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of sales roles, a strong ability to assess sales acumen, and a proactive approach to finding top-tier talent in competitive markets. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, streamline the hiring process, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit high-caliber sales professionals through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ sales skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Hiring Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to understand sales team needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future sales roles.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand and culture to attract top sales talent through job postings, social media, and career events.
  • Process Optimization: Improve the hiring process by leveraging best practices, recruitment technology, and analytics.
  • Negotiation & Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, closing candidates, and onboarding coordination.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and industry regulations while tracking key hiring metrics.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Proven experience as a Sales Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles, quotas, and performance-driven hiring.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to track hiring metrics and optimize recruitment strategies.

Compensation Range: $80,000 plus commission
