General Purpose of the Position: Our Machine Operator is dedicated to continuous improvement and responsible for operating wire drawing equipment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow all Safety procedures
• Maintain the chemical concentrations and the temperatures
• Maintain the cleanliness and coating quality
• Maintain a clean and organized area
• Identify and correct problems in area
• Communicate production changes appropriately

Position Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Ability to see color changes for testing purposes
• Ability to work overtime
