Program Manager
The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a Program Manager to assist in the development, management, and supervision of the Housing First services and staff in accordance with the applicable policies and procedures establish by the Board of Directors, program funders, and management staff. This position oversees the day-to-day operations and provides clinical supervision of Housing First staff.
Compensation:
- Non-Licensed: $61,282.20 - $66,041.85/annually
- Pre-Licensed with LPCC or LSW: $63,808.69 - $76,570.43/annually
- Fully Licensed with LPC or LCSW: $81,171.18 - $93,346.85/annually - Fully Licensed candidates are eligible for a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (pro-rated based on weekly schedule)
NOTE: In order to ensure that our consumers receive the best possible care the candidate chosen to fill this position will be required to complete our internal credentialing and privileging process prior to a start date. The credentialing and privileging timeline is dependent on the selected candidate's submission of documents necessary for clearance. Please note that a start date will be scheduled once credentialing and privileging is complete.

Essential Job Functions
- Recruits, interviews, and hires new staff members.
- Trains staff members and ensures training supports evidence-based practices.
- Provides correspondence to clients, case managers, clinical staff, community service providers, and other stakeholders involved in program participant care and/or service delivery.
- Provides team caseload oversight including assessment, planning, scheduling, treatment planning and care coordination.
- Oversees accuracy and timeliness of all team data entry.
- Collects data, monitors progress towards outcomes, and supports department leadership to draft grant reports.
- Oversees team compliance with Medicaid requirements and coordinates Medicaid billing.
- Ensures HUD compliance and guidelines are met.
- Conducts supervision of all team members.
- Understands and follows CCH policies and procedures.
- Assists in the development and oversight of program budgets, grant applications and completion of all required reports to funders as assigned.
- Implements quality improvement activities.
- Completes assigned staff performance reviews.
- Provides crisis management support and consultation.

Qualifications Summary
- Licensed mental health provider with LCSW or LPC highly preferred. LPCC or LSW licensure preferred but not required.
- Management and supervisory experience in a related field may be substituted for clinical licensure.
