As a Collections Specialist, you will handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls while collecting on past-due or delinquent accounts. By building strong rapport with customers, you will make a direct impact on the business. Your passion for customer service and inner competitiveness will allow you to excel in our fast-paced environment.
