Sun Loan Company is currently looking for reliable, ambitious, and exceptional Customer Service Center Collections Admin to join our dynamic team! Our ideal candidate is goal-driven and eager to learn about consumer finance and start a fulfilling career.
The Customer Service Center Collection Admin provides support to Sun Loan customers and branch offices from a centralized Customer Service Center in San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Taking incoming payment phone calls.
- Mail support with return mail and sending out collection letters.
- Reviewing skip tracking sites to update new customer contact information and references.
- Coordinating mailing for wage assignments and legal documents.
- Manual texting for past due accounts
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a call center environment or consumer finance.
- Understanding of policy and procedure regarding collection activity
- Understanding of loan management software preferred.
- Microsoft Office 365 experience including Outlook, Word, Sharepoint and Teams.
- Bilingual preferred.
Work Schedule:
- 10am – 7pm Monday – Friday
- 2 Saturdays/month (8:30am – 12:30pm) Possibly more as determined by the specific needs of the business
- 4-week paid training (8am-5pm). Training hours may not coincide with your assigned schedule.
