We are seeking a full-time Seasonal Administrative Assistant to work in our Mineola, NY tax office through April 2025. The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 per hour.
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answering a high volume of telephone calls
- Data Entry
- Filing, copying, collating
- Other duties as assigned by the Tax Branch Manager
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment with experience handling a high volume of telephone calls
- Ability to multitask and think independently
- Strong administrative, computer and customer service skills are essential
- UltraTax and CS Practice experience preferred
