National Account Representative
This position is responsible for the customer satisfaction of a major National Account which includes monitoring orders, managing the customer relationship and solving any day to day issues. Position requires you to respond in a friendly and accommodating manner using good judgment and solving the customer’s daily challenges and questions via telephone and email. This person must possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment. This position also requires that you learn specific knowledge of customers’ order guides and practices. • Represent Ben E. Keith with professionalism; maintain a positive attitude with customers • Responsible for closely monitoring the execution of customer account service levels and delivery accuracy for multiple accounts • Manage monthly toy supply chain for 247 accounts • Managing customer relationships • Manage and analyze customer credits • Special projects as assigned
Job Qualifications:
• Three years of sales or equivalent business experience • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Valid Arkansas driver’s license is required for driving to perform company business • Drug Free • Ability to learn main frame, Keithnet and KPS • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends • Must be able to work in fast paced environment and be a team player • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers as well as Ben E. Keith department heads • Must be able to multi-task • Must have understanding of order guides and strong product knowledge • Ability to maintain positive attitude during challenging situations • High School Diploma
