The Corporate Development Project Analyst primary responsibilities will be providing analysis of financial data and provide insights that aid in strategic decision-making within the Corporate Development Department. High visibility role will collaborate across the entire organization in the fulfillment of M&A and strategic projects. The Corporate Development Project Analyst should have the passion, maturity and aptitude to positively impact the strategic direction and results of the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Perform financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting and strategic planning
  • Collaborates with operations and business leaders to understand management objectives and to identify relevant data and metrics
  • Ability to problem-solve and make independent decisions, multi-task between assignments, knowledgeable with coordinating projects, and prioritizing workload
  • Preparation of presentations and reports - prepare concise reports, presentations, and memoranda for internal stakeholders (executives, divisional personnel) and external stakeholders (Board of Directors, investors, banks) which distill complex information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strategic planning - assist with development of strategic plans and business cases for new ventures, including detailed financial models and scenario analysis.
  • Project development support - collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to support the development and execution of projects, from inception to execution, implementation, and integration.
  • Assist with construction / facilities / project management administrative duties for real estate portfolio and capital expenditures
  • Performs other related duties as assigned to benefit the mission/vision of the organization

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, public administration, or a related field
  • Experience with project management, M&A, budgeting, and financial analysis a plus
  • Possess an extraordinary ability to work harmoniously with people and have a strong team orientation
  • Demonstrated success in consistently producing timely and accurate financial analysis / reporting
  • Ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite
