Mobile Donation Attendant - Evans, GA

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Interact with donors to accept and process donations at trailer sites in an outdoor setting. 
• Help to sustain and maintain donation trailer site and donation boxes for donation collections. 
• Maintain clean and orderly donation sites based on company operational standards. 
• Work safely and efficiently in unloading.
• Possess the ability to regularly work in hot, cold and wet weather conditions. 
• Provide outstanding customer service to all donors and customers. 
• Communicate an awareness of our mission and goals to our donors and customers. 
• Maintain relationships with donors and the general public. 
• Other duties may be assigned by management. 

Skills and Qualifications 

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for donors and customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills to clearly convey the organization’s mission and goals to donors and customers.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items, in various weather conditions (hot, cold, wet).
• Strong organizational skills to maintain clean and orderly donation sites, adhering to company operational standards.
• Knowledge and practice of safety protocols to ensure safe handling of donations, loading/unloading of trailers, and maintenance of donation sites.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with donors and the general public.
• Quick and effective problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise at donation sites.
• Ability to lift and move items regularly and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions, including hot, cold, and wet environments.
• Demonstrated ability to simultaneously handle multiple activities at one time.
