Service Associate - Private Client Services
SUMMARY
Responsible for providing customer service, clerical and Epic support to the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creates documents in Epic for policy changes;
• Notifies carriers of policy changes;
• Orders and prepares loss runs and motor vehicle reports;
• Pulls policy declaration pages as needed;
• Creates Insurance certificates;
• Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enter and maintain complete and accurate information);
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Zero (0) or more years of related work experience required
SKILLS
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good customer service skills and listening skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
Ability and motivation to work independently
