Credit A/R Specialist II
SUMMARY
The role of this function is to support the Portfolio Manager as needed in the management of the day-to-day responsibilities of their respective portfolios.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct and document telephone calls and other written communications to past due customers as necessary.
- Manage online accounts receivable support for specific buyers.
- Incoming Accounts Receivables phone support.
- Respond to supporting documentation requests.
- Monitor our clients’ incoming emails.
- Assist Relationship Manager with other risk mitigation duties.
- Assist in credit functions (as needed)
- Order release
- Credit app processing
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One (1) or more years of related experience preferred
SKILLS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to details
- Ability to represent our clients in a professional and courteous manner when engaging other parties as their agent.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload
- Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
