Marketing Operations Specialist

Location:  Onsite

Reports to:  Director of Marketing & E-Commerce

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to oversee the execution and delivery of our marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are completed in a timely and accurate manner.   Your day-to-day work will include working closely with numerous internal teams and interacting with several third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution and delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage annual promotional calendar and campaign submission process through to creative proofing
• Manage entry and maintenance of promotions in our POS promotion engine system
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business goals and objectives
• Work with vendors to ensure timely arrival of supporting visual merchandising
• Ensure marketing materials are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
• Assist with the management of relationships with vendors and agencies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
