Job Overview: As a member of our Branch Operations and Logistics team, you will be responsible for helping improve operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all of JASPER's branch locations are operating efficiently and within the standards set forth by JASPER. In this position the Associate will be required to function independently and have a minimum of 50% travel.
Key Responsibilities: This position will work on many projects at one time so applicants must have strong time management skills. These high potential associates will learn to support many areas of our business to develop into cross-functional leaders. There will be time spent in various departments around the company that Branch Operations help to support. Along with learning the day-to-day business processes within Branch Operations, our associates will have the opportunity to gain insight across the organization. Because of the breadth of this position and the responsibilities that come with it, you will have the unique opportunity for possible advancement as early as 18 months, depending upon performance.
Salary and Benefits:
- $50K/year, based on experience

What you’ll do:
- Audit branch operations, truck inspections, and compiling various reports
- Diagnose problems and troubleshooting during Branch Audits and daily communications
- Must be able to effectively coach Branch Operations Managers
- Perform invoicing, billing, and other Branch Operations processes
- Minimum 50% travel
- Manage KTM (Key Task Monitor) projects related to JASPER’s unified management plan.
- Work with Safety, Quality, and JPS (lean manufacturing) teams on concerns and/or opportunities
What it helps to have:
- Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Quick thinker; problem solving skills a must
- Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory control preferred, but not necessary
- Organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good people skills - adaptable to different personality types
- Willingness to work long days and go above and beyond
