Human Resources Intern

Flexco, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking a detail-oriented team player who has a desire to gain knowledge in a variety of HR disciplines for an internship. The chosen candidate would work on projects such as updating job descriptions, reviewing new hire learning paths in our LMS, assisting with recruitment, data entry in our HRIS, and more.

You will also participate in a structured internship program designed to promote professional growth through open discussion informational panels, learning about various departments that make up Flexco, and develop other useful skills to apply in the workplace.

Flexco Internships typically start out at $18 an hour.

Job Requirements:

1. Full-time, onsite availability (40 hours/week)
2. Must be currently attending college or enrolled for Fall 2025.   
3. Pursuing a degree in HR or similar

Qualifications:

• Experience working with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to maintain multiple projects and be able to work under deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Outgoing and enjoy working on a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Details:

1. May be eligible for up to four hours/day of holiday pay.
