Summary
Cosm is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented full-time Senior Real Estate Development Manager to collaborate closely with the Head of Venues Development on our expansion efforts across the United States.
Pipeline Management
- Effectively track and nurture a large pipeline of potential site opportunities to ensure efficient execution of the venue rollout plan.
- Evaluate potential opportunities through market research, financial analysis, operational assessments and competitive reviews.
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams to track and assess opportunities.
Leadership & Communication
- Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and changes to key stakeholders.
- Address and resolve concerns and feedback from stakeholders promptly.
Project Documentation
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to update stakeholders on project status and milestones.
Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, team members, and development partners to ensure project success.
Industry Awareness
- Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and new real estate development and competitive landscapes to inform and guide real estate strategy
Continuous Improvement
- Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement across various markets
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the development team on the transaction process, working closely with legal, financial, and development teams to mitigate risk and ensure timely and successful execution.
- Enforce quality control standard and procedures.
- Conduct post-project debriefs and gather lessons learned for future projects.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business or a related field.
- 7-9 years of real estate or a related discipline.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional problem-solving with keen attention to detail
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time across regions as needed
- Willingness to work in office when not travelling.
