The Summer Internship Program is a great summer opportunity for students looking to gain professional development, hands on experience, and an overall better understanding of what career path in the hospitality industry looks like.

To ensure this exceptional service, we hire individuals who are passionate about hospitality and who take genuine pride in their work. 

Each intern will work closely with and be assigned a mentor from our management team while gaining basic professional skills related to department management. Interns will meet regularly with their mentor to discuss accomplishments, areas of opportunity, and to set future goals during their internship program.

Areas of Educational Learning Will Consist Of:

• Will learn each location (quick service, restaurants, cabanas, coffee) and learn to cashier, bartend, serve, bus, host, dishwash, expo, and delivery. 
• Will learn Micros and how to do room charges and credit card transactions. 
• Will learn how to handle guest complaints, voids, and compensation. 
• Will learn opening and closing procedures for each location.
• Will learn Jolt and what we use it for.
• Will learn scheduling, budgeting, coding invoices, ordering, and inventory. 
• Will learn how to give disciplinary action reports to employees and how and where we log incidents with employees.
