Senior Assistant Vice President Sales - Healthcare Payer Product Solutions

Role Summary: We are seeking a Sr. Assistant Vice President with a proven track record in healthcare Payer solutions. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by leading strategic account management efforts and delivering tailored solutions that meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Leadership:
    • Develop and execute growth strategies for key healthcare Payer accounts, focusing on acquiring new business and expanding within existing strategic accounts and subsidiaries.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market strategies and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction through proactive account management and effective communication.
    • Manage client requests, contract updates, and financial metrics to drive operational excellence and profitability.
  • Solution Development and Integration:
    • Partner closely with client executives and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging EXL capabilities in data analytics, digital solutions, and automation.
    • Foster collaboration across EXL Health teams to deliver integrated solutions that address client challenges and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Sales and Consultative Approach:
    • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within client accounts, leveraging a consultative selling approach to understand client pain points and propose innovative solutions.
    • Promote EXL's comprehensive suite of services including digital transformation, analytics, and technology solutions tailored to the healthcare Payer sector.
  • Industry Expertise and Thought Leadership:
    • Possess deep understanding of the US healthcare Payer landscape, including regulatory nuances and operational complexities.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic initiatives and maintain competitive advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare Payer account management or related roles, demonstrating a strong record of driving revenue growth and client retention.
  • Expertise in data analytics, digital technologies, and enterprise solutions relevant to healthcare Payers.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
