Job Description:

The Marketing Operations Manager plays a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring exceptional service and value for clients utilizing the company’s database marketing products and services. The Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the entire campaign process from client requirements to file output/production

Responsibilities:

• Developing the requirements, specifications, quality control procedures and project plans required to execute the client’s monthly direct marketing campaigns

Ensuring the content and delivery of all final outputs from the campaign process, including lettershop files, customer service prefill files and analysis files

Contributing to marketing strategies, testing, and execution of client programs

Coordinating and managing internal and external client meetings

Ensuring timeliness and quality of client deliverables including campaign counts, reports, change requests and proposals.

Managing the campaign process and updating of all materials associated

Maintaining campaign schedules and performance metrics

Serving as primary point of contact for error resolution

Originating actions to improve existing processes

Ensuring on time, on strategy, accurate program execution

Qualifications:

·3-5 years Direct Marketing Experience; in an agency environment is preferred.

·Insurance for Financial Services marketing experience preferred

·Demonstrated proficiency in understanding the structure and design of relational databases in order to translate client requests into database language for programmers/developers.

·Analytically minded; comfortable with data, response metrics and trends.

·Effectively problem solve; analyze problems and produce a viable solution.

·Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel and with Pivot Tables

·Basic knowledge of Oracle SQL a plus – read/write basic select statements

·Highly motivated and can work collaboratively with others in a fast paced environment

·Able to effectively manage multiple projects at any given time, under pressure while working quickly to develop clear priorities

·High attention to detail with focus on quality and compliance

·Takes initiative, and engages is continuous self-directed learning
