Responsibilities
- Provide coaching to the Team on a consistent basis.
- Manage day to day activities, Arbitration review.
- Provide timely resolution for all client issues and file amendments
- Delegate tasks to team members to reduce delinquency.
- Handle customer complaints from clients or members.
- Conduct training of newly hired team members or enhance competencies of existing members.
- Field questions and concerns to provide support and improve knowledge base of the team.
- Provide and implement process improvements.
Competencies:
- Maintain a positive relationship with the team and clients.
- Think critically about process improvements.
- Ability to handle a pressure-based environment, while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree in Business/Journalism or related field is preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in the insurance industry or related field is desired
- Experience filing with Arbitration Forums strongly desired
