Senior Manager - Product Solution, Healthcare Payment Integrity
EXL is looking for a Senior Manager of Product Solutions in our Healthcare Payment Integrity Business Unit. This is a remote opportunity!

As a key contributor reporting to the Senior Associate Vice President of Payment Integrity, your role is a pivotal one, offering a unique blend of creativity and strategic impact.
In this position, you will spearhead Solution Support, dedicating 50% of your focus to designing and developing a roadmap for both existing and new products. But this isn't just about managing products; it's about guiding them through lifecycles, understanding market needs, and collaborating with business units to deliver scalable, repeatable solutions.
Beyond the nuts and bolts, you'll be instrumental in shaping our digital and external market strategy, working alongside leadership to modernize and scale the Payment Integrity business unit. Stakeholder engagement is at the core of what you do – understanding their challenges and crafting solutions that resonate comprehensively.
As our Solution Maestro, you'll be the voice behind the product, developing core positioning and messaging that resonates with our audience. Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients, you'll conduct thorough analyses of business needs and operations, translating them into tangible, impactful strategies.
Your impact extends to project management, where you'll plan, manage, and execute projects within defined timelines and budgets. Serving as a liaison between cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership, you'll keep the momentum alive, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with project expectations.
In the face of challenges, you won't just navigate – you'll lead. Identifying potential roadblocks, you'll proactively address issues, ensuring projects stay on course. Your ability to provide support and feedback throughout the product lifecycle will be the catalyst for success.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 6-8 years’ experience or equivalent combination.
To Be Successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience with Healthcare IT, claims processing, data analytics domains
- Prior experience with systems, and software implementation
- Ability to create technical implementation strategies and provide staff-level guidance.
- Experience working in global delivery model.
- Knowledge in SQL for querying the underlying data in the system for analysis.
- Proficient in the analysis of data and the use of process visualization software.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative.
- Project management skills
- Ability to conceptualize and explain business opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent research and analysis skills
- Strong Excel and Presentation skills required.
- Knowledge of claims auditing is a plus
