Core Function:
As a Healthcare Growth Analyst at EXL, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's growth trajectory. You will leverage healthcare pipeline data to identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, contributing directly to the formulation of growth 
strategies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analyze healthcare market segments and account types using SFDC data to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop compelling presentations and materials for senior leadership, showcasing data driven insights, growth trends, and strategic recommendations.
• Identify and address gaps in the healthcare market to align with our company's objectives and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform ad-hoc analyses that fuel business initiatives and support innovation.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies by providing actionable insights into market trends and customer needs.

Education Requirements:
• Master's degree in any relevant field (Business Administration, Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Analytics, Data Analytics, MBA Marketing, etc.).

Skills and Behavior Requirements:
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in healthcare data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, or R) to perform complex data analysis and generate insights.
o Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with data, spreadsheets, and presentation software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
o Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, healthcare coding (ICD, CPT), and healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
o Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI for creating compelling dashboards and reports.

• Clinical Understanding:
o Basic understanding of clinical workflows, patient care processes, and healthcare delivery systems.
o Knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, and an awareness of industry best practices for data privacy and security.
