We are looking for ambitious and smart individuals to join one of our many specialized teams in Hartford, CT. 

Responsibilities:

• Review and identify claims with subrogation potential
• Communicate with carriers, and clients.
• Collect and upload supporting documentation for subrogation
• Issue notices/ demands in accordance client requirements and state specific regulations
• Provide support to Claims Specialist.
• Provide clear and concise notes on updates and status on the claims.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years’ experience in customer service, or insurance.
• Effective time management skills
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with accuracy
• As the role grows, ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges and responsibilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and PDFs
