Internship Overview
Are you ready to gain hands-on experience, contribute to impactful projects, and grow professionally this summer? Our Summer Internship Program is designed for motivated college students seeking real-world exposure in a dynamic industry. This 10-week program offers opportunities in various departments, allowing you to learn from industry experts, develop your skills, and make a meaningful impact.
We are seeking interns for the following disciplines:
- Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS): Conduct safety audits, analyze environmental impacts, and promote workplace safety.
- Finance: Gain experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Quality: Ensure our products and processes meet the highest standards through inspections, audits, and data analysis.
- Human Resources (HR): Support talent acquisition, employee engagement initiatives, and onboarding programs.
- Information Technology (IT): Troubleshoot IT systems, support software development, and enhance cybersecurity protocols.
- Manufacturing Engineering: Work on optimizing processes, improving workflows, and implementing innovative production solutions.
- Sales: Assist with market research, client proposals, and strategic sales initiatives.
- Supply Chain: Streamline logistics, procurement, and inventory processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the department you join, your responsibilities may include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on meaningful projects.
- Conducting research and presenting actionable findings.
- Supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to process improvements.
- Shadowing experienced professionals and learning industry best practices.
- Completing an intern project and presenting results to leadership.
Required Qualifications
We’re looking for motivated students who are ready to learn and grow. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Computer Science, etc.).
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work on-site for the duration of the internship.
