About the Role:
The eCommerce Manager will spearhead the optimization of our online product portfolio and shopping experience to maximize revenue and conversions. You will play a pivotal role in defining sales strategies, launching new products, refining promotional campaigns, and working with various departments to achieve collective success.
What You’ll Do:
- Category Ownership: Take charge of specific product categories to ensure optimal online representation, strong conversions, and financial performance.
- Drive Campaign Success: Define, build, and evaluate ad spend campaigns for maximum ROI, nurturing a continuous learning environment.
- Customer Insights & Web Analytics: Leverage data to understand customer interactions, identify risks and opportunities, and implement strategic improvements.
- Accuracy & Consistency: Ensure that all website content, creative assets, promotions, and product details are accurate and consistent with brand standards.
- Collaborate & Align: Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Logistics, and executive management to align on strategic product launches and enhancements.
- Actionable Insights: Identify and propose solutions to revenue blockers while constantly seeking ways to enhance eCommerce operations.
- SEO Optimization: Improve search engine optimization by reviewing analytics and making strategic updates.
- Fulfillment Excellence: Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to exceed fulfillment expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years of eCommerce experience, preferably focusing on managing 1P relationships with Amazon via Vendor Central. Experience with Seller Central (3P) is a plus!
- Proven skills in data and performance analysis using Microsoft Excel; experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills, creative thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience managing category financials and forecasting is preferred.
- Project management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive results.
- Must be bondable and hold a valid driver’s license, with the ability to travel at least three (3) days per month.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally required to stand, walk, or sit; use hands to handle objects or controls; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and communicate effectively. Occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
