WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Schedule inbound vendor deliveries and outbound customer delivers utilizing our own fleet of drivers.
• Managing truck driver’s schedules and routes in order to meet service level commitments.
• Ensuring all shipping documents are accurate per the customer’s expectations.
• Reviewing truck driver’s logging data and ensuring all vehicles are DOT compliant.
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries.
• Coordinate local vendor pickups
• Work closely with operations on all outbound customer orders and internal transfers to meet company standards.

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU

• Meet the Minimum Qualifications – You have at least 1 year of dispatcher experience, preferably in the industrial supply field with a High School Diploma
• Experience ensuring timely delivery of goods and customer satisfaction with services provided.
• Ability to correspond with external and internal clients and vendors professionally and effectively via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Excellent attention to detail in a rapidly changing environment.
• Maintain Company information in a confidential manner.
• Demonstrate excellence in both oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate well over the telephone
