POSITION SUMMARY:
The Housekeeper is responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of resident apartments and community areas.
- Clean resident apartments, bathrooms, common areas, and employee offices as assigned.
- Operate laundry facilities as needed.
- Assist other departments in general cleaning in support of resident events and activities.
- Keep current with all state and facility required annual training.
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
High school or GED equivalent.
Experience:
One year of experience as a housekeeper.
Skills:
Familiar with use of vacuums, mops, cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Must be able to speak, read, and understand English at a 12th grade level or higher.
