Summary:

 The Director of HR Systems and People Analytics serves as a core member of the HR operations team and is responsible for strategic oversight of the HR Systems team and People Analyst. The person in this role will support the goals and priorities of the HR department, continuously improving the efficiency and delivery of services and programs including employee recruitment, engagement, benefits, and retention and compliance efforts. Spearheading the transformation of this organization, a successful candidate will have experience with data collection and cleanup projects, people analytics dashboards, and HR systems strategy, integration, and optimization.

Qualifications:

· 2-3 years leading transformative teams

· Experience HRIS/HCM systems; Workday, Oracle HCM, Dayforce preferred

· Advanced Excel skills and experience

· Strong database experience and knowledge

Job functions:

· Provide advanced HR reporting and analytics Responsibilities

· Lead to and execute on data strategy for people analytics by managing the process of collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR-related data, metrics, and statistics

· Oversees HRIS and the effective use and maintenance of the HR systems

· Provide expertise and consultation on current system capabilities to leaders as they design and implement programs

· Responsible for the collection, maintenance and analysis of human resources related data and metrics from various sources including HRIS, ATS, employee surveys and other sources

· Oversee and improve upon HR's data governance and ensure alignment with OnTrac practices

· Ensure data validation and data integrity and conduct regular audits and reviews of data

· Develop and produce regular HR metrics with core HR statistics for internal and enterprise use and to help guide and inform HR planning, and forecasting

· Assist with the ongoing training and support of staff in the efficient use of the HR systems

· Perform data quality reviews to identify problems and errors, partner with HR teams to design solutions

· Assist in the evaluation and implementation of processes and procedures related to the effective use of the HR systems

· Performs other such duties as assigned from time to time
